I know it might sound conceited to say our kids are awesome, but I’ve heard others say they pray their kids will be like ours, so that doesn’t make it conceited, right?  Either way, our kids are awesome and amazing and God has truly blessed our lives with them.

Anna is like a little us.  I know it sounds silly but her vocabulary is growing daily (we call her our little parrot) and she can sort of carry on a conversation with you if you ask her the questions right.  How many almost two year olds know that tools belong in the garage?  How many know that when there are dishes in the sink you need soap to clean them, still working on her using warm water?  She is continuing in her effort to help cook.  Now though she is watched a lot closer, but the other day while feeding Jack she escaped and I found her making Doritos and taco meat something or other.  And if she can’t help cook she’ll gladly hold or help turn a screwdriver for Damion.  I’m sure if she knew that right while she sleeps Damion & Rob were doing work on the Jeep she’d be mad she wasn’t included.  Also if soap to wash her hands isn't foaming or colored she doesn't think she's "rinsed" her hands.

Jack is adorable and expanding his bag o’ tricks.  He has two speeds for crawling, regular and turbo.  Turbo is activated when Anna takes down the gate to go upstairs or she goes into the bathroom or when anybody opens a door.  I’d say it’s safe to say he’s pretty much mastered going up stairs, as in he goes up and at the top step he no longer sits right on the edge ready to fall down.  He hasn’t come close to the going down bit yet.  He wants to go down head first so we’re trying to work with him on that.  Jack is also working on his balancing and walking while holding onto things.  A warning if you hold him and he grabs your finger, he has two teeth on the bottom and four working their way in on top (yup four at once) so your finger will likely exit his mouth hurting.  Also, I sure wish that the little man allergic to cats would stop trying to get into Kina's litter box.  Yes, there is a chair blocking it all but he's discovered hecan climb over the bottom supports.

Together they remain to be adorable.  Anna makes sure Jack gets a good hug and kiss before she goes to bed.  Jack grabs her hair and nose whenever possible.  Anna has started to drag him (caught her dragging him from the bathroom today) and all Jack does is laugh.  Jack doesn’t hesitate and climbs over Anna while she is getting a diaper changed.  Anna climbs on Jack’s back if he sits still for too long.  But if left alone in their high chairs for a bit they talk and laugh a lot and when you return they act as if nothing happened.

Damion & I?  We’re keeping up with the kids and working full time.  Need I say more?  Oh wait, something exciting.  Damion went on a business trip and got me a new computer monitor with birdies (read as a Viewsonic )!!!  I didn't realize how bad mine was until I see all the colors on this monitor.

For some reason this last week I was a picture taking fool.  Is 300 too many for three days?  Wait, actually that is 200 taken during 50 minutes of play, don’t worry, nobody got hurt, the rest in little spurts.  Anyways, you guys get to benefit from my addiction.  The first set is from September 14 .  That day Damion did a photo gig at the house and we took a couple pics of the kids at that time.  The second set is from this past Tuesday (September 30 ).  It was a beautiful fall day and it just screamed, play outside, so we did.  The final set is from Wednesday (October 1 ).  Dawn was down in our area for work and the kids were just so cute that morning (but did they really have to wake up at 7 am?) that I couldn’t resist.
