We are happy to report that we have made it successfully made it through Jack’s first week without any major problems.  Yea Us!

This was quite the feet though as Anna wants to be an active participant in her brother’s life.  We were able to bring to a stop really quick her need to climb the pac n play while Jack is sleeping in it.  Now she just lightly shakes it while stepping on her box to look at him.  Anna also doesn’t understand why Jack doesn’t need a ball or a toothbrush in the pac in play with him.  At least she’s sharing, right?

This week Anna was also sick.  Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday she had a fever between 99.5 and 100.9 degrees Fahrenheit (happy Damion?).  Thursday she woke up HOT, which is apparently defined by me as 102.9 degrees Fahrenheit.  Half in hour later we were seeing their doctor.  I am happy to report that today her temp is normal and she is back to being her fun loving, tooth grinning, trouble seeking self.

Today the four of us went and picked out our Christmas tree.  Actually the four of us were there.  Damion and I decided on a tree, more so Damion than me.  Anna looked cute while touching all the trees she could reach from the stroller.  And Jack, well, he slept.  The tree is in the stand and acclimating itself to our house.  Tomorrow we will decorate it.  Don’t worry there will be pictures posted as some point. 

Well, both kids are peacefully sleeping in their own beds in their own rooms, so I’m off to catch some sleep before Jack wants to change that.
