That's right.  Baby Girl has a projected delivery date of December 12 which is approximately 10 weeks away.  Pretty much unbelievable.  Within the last week things have been a little more challenging than previously.  Bending over is a bit of a task and that makes tying my shoes a challenge, correction almost but not quite impossible.  I have learned that stairs are my friend for completing this.  Of course, so are sandals but sandal weather is coming to a close.

Baby Girl is a lot more active.  The other day while Damion and I were working on something he saw her move around.  His reaction was very priceless.  My take on it, he wasn't quite sure what to think about it and then he felt her and he said "weird".

We would love to share pictures of Baby Girl with all of you but the last couple of months she has not been the most cooperative subject.  On September 25 we had another ultrasound/sonogram completed and finaly got a bit of a profile at the end of the 20 minute session of a technician poking at me and her to get her to move.  The problem?  Apparently she thought it was the most opportune time to hold her foot with her hand next to her face.  Granted we ended up getting a really awesome 3-D picture of her leg from the knee down and a hand.

Sleep?  Who needs sleep?  Apparently not me, because getting comfortable is a bit of a challenge.  Shortly after getting comfortable I either have to pee or one of our alarms goes off.  What would be nice is if Damion would acknowledge his without me having to poke him to hit his snooze.  Also, regardless to what Damion says, I do not use four pillows to sleep all the time.  I only use three.  And only after he leaves in the morning do I sometimes "steal" one of his, it's cause it smells like him don't you know.

Baby Brain.  When I first heard that women get forgetful during pregnancy I thought those women were just crazy.  Then I saw a woman, who I shall not name, get more forgetful as she progressed and she was usually a person that was good about remembering things, and I decided there may be some truth behind this whole forgetfulness thing.  And then this week I have decided that I have become the next victim of Baby Brain.

Yesterday I went to Lowe's at 9 am with a list (yes a list because I have learned without it I would possibly be trying to purchase bread at Lowes) that had the four items Damion told me to get.  Even though I had the four items I was told to get, I was afraid to go home because I was afraid I had forgotten to get something.  Fortunately I had not.  The big problem is my evening pill.  I have gone upstairs to take it, forgotten why I was upstairs and proceeded to check my email, got to some sites, start some laundry, get ready for bed and go back downstairs.  Only after I have been there for 20 minutes do I remember I forgot to take the medicine.  Seriously, I am an intelligent person.  The frustrating part though is that I'm not forgetting the stupid stuff.  Yesterday, Damion said "oh, a small rock".  Do I let it pass.  NO!  That stupid line from Monty Python get quoted.  Seriously, it just isn't right that I can remember "useless" stuff and that the important stuff.

Thank you for visiting a check back in a week or so for more updates, basically as time allows.
