We are making configuration changes to the website over the next couple of weeks. If something doesn't work, or images don't appear, we are working on it. Thanks for being patient!
I really had good intentions to provide a couple pictures as my trip to Columbus, OH occured. But, O'Hare doesn't have free wireless. So, no updates there. I was busy all the time at the workship, so no updates there. But now, I'm sitting at CMH (Port Columbus) and I have happy free wireless.
To that end... here's a picture of me at O'hare, and a picture of the B26 gate that I will departing through at CMH. Enjoy! (Sorry for the obscene size... I don't have an easy way to resize the images right now.) I found a Windows XP power toy that will batch resize images. Who said Microsoft doesn't do something right? Right click, resize. Even in Nautilus (linux) you have to add a custom script to the file/window manager to do that!
I have done my best to help in getting video and pictures of Saturdays expedition online. The pictures are available in the gallery now. Since I wasn't there the captions are general and no descriptions available, except for one. Hopefully this will make people happy until the video is up!
**** UPDATE ****
Mike has been added to the list! Adam was a bit slow in telling me that he had replied with a yes!
**** UPDATE ****
It's offically a hiking Saturday. Adam, Matt, Mike, and Myself will be heading out for a morning of hiking and fun. We'll try to get some video and photos to share from the little trip. Hopefully, we have something fun to show you.
Bright and early on Saturday, our trio will be heading up to Matthiessen State Park in Illinois. This park is just south of Starved Rock. Normally, I'd go to Starved Rock, but that park has gone the way of the boardwalk. Alot of the basic trails are coverd by decks. Close to handicap accessible. Otherwise, down right annoying. My grandmother had no problem with Starved Rock.
Matthiessen, however, doesn't have all the decking boardwalk crap. It's got trails. Their made of dirt, rock, obstacles, and water. The only wood is the live trees your moving through. It's even got the canyons and falls that Starved Rock boasts. Not as many, but there is less foot traffic too.
